I was born in Budapest in the capitol and at the same time the heart of Hungary. I started my musical education at the very early age of 5. My Father is a musician as well, who actually sent me to the perfect schools to learn music. My primary school was a simple school, with lots of piano lessons. My comprehensive school was a bit more interesting. Hungarian National Ballet Institute. At the meantime I went to the Conservatory of Bela Bartok. I play the upright bass, electric bass, and the piano. I arrange every kind of music beginning with the style of symphonic orchestra, for chamber orchestras, and the contemporary music, also soul, funky, jazz, and jazz big bands. I begin to learn how to play the upright bass in my early teens. After a year, I was already playing in the Conservatory’s symphonic orchestra. Two years later I became a member of a professional symphonic orchestra called the First Saint Stephen Symphonic Orchestra, where I have spent fourteen years. I got to play with Janos Ferencsik, Kobayashi Kenichiro, Igor Simonov conductors, singers as Jozef Gregor, and Eva Marton. We performed interesting compositions like; Liverpool Oratorio from Paul Mcartney, Mass from Leonard Bernstein as a Grand Opening concert, alongside with all the classical standards like Mozart, Beethoven, Dvorzak, Wagner, etc . Meanwhile I went to study at the Jazz Department of Frank Liszt Music Academy in Budapest. Under the impression of jazz music I started to play in different kind of pubs, clubs, discotheques with different jazz bands. At the meantime I was still playing in the symphonic orchestra, improving my sight-reading skills, and classical music knowledge. I have had formed my first band the last year of the academy. Ten piece band. Three vocals, three horns, and four rhythm section. Under my direction we played, almost every places in Hungary, and the close countries like Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Chech Republic. After playing in the symphonic orchestra I joined a professional Broadway show on its European tour. The One and Only - Rocky Horror Show. I was travelling all across Europe with young Broadway stars, and a fine British band. I have got the chance to arrange, and play three beautiful piece of music for three Academy Oscar winning artists in a movie, called – Sunshine. Ralph Fiennes from England, Istvan Szabo movie director from Hungary, and Lajos Koltay director of photography also from Hungary. I’ve spent three years working for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in the USA. I was playing the shows in the big theatre lounges. Helping out the American entertainers like Bobby Arvon ( Happy days guy ), and Lenny Welch the singer of Since I fell for you million copies sold hit. Most recently I am living in Mallorca performing on big stages, theaters, clubs with people like Manfred Kullmann, Geoff Frosell, Lynn Gajdos, Sheela Gathright, Miquel Angel Pericas, Marcos Collado, Lorenzo Santa Maria, Daniel Roth, Martin Negro, Salvador Font, Willi Meyer.
